penat , haha , so tdy men dgn pnuh relek , cume3 ,
pnat shut jewk , wah , stu hry kne shut 200 kali ,
kire yg msok jewk pulak tu , dan ltihan untuk esok pulak
lari 5 pusingan pdang yg besr tu , ujian stamina ,
lari ulang-alik , lari ketam , n mcm2 , wat balingan ,
n shut bola , wah , ckgu ! xpe2, nk memnag pye psal ,
sye xkesah , sket mcm mne pown akn sye tmpoh ,
